Core Capabilities

  • Accredited facilitation for NQF Level 2 learnerships in Business Analysis, New Venture Creation, Advertising & Promotions, Assistant Chef, Hospitality Reception, and related short skills (Introduction to Cyber Security, Data Design & Management).
  • Planning and delivering clear theory sessions with contextualised practical activities for youth and adult learners.
  • Designing and assessing portfolios of evidence (POEs), formative tasks, and summative assessments against SETA and college standards.
  • Maintaining accurate attendance registers, learner files, and compliance documentation for government-funded programmes.
  • Liaising with project co‑ordinators, colleges, SETAs, and employers to resolve issues quickly and keep cohorts on track.
  • Supporting learner placement into workplace practicals and monitoring performance through to POE completion.
